Rodina Smoked Goods is a small wholly Australian family owned operation based in Northern New South Wales.   All our smoke goods are available 7 days per week at Shop 61 Tweed Centro, Wharf Street , Tweed Heads - ph (07) 5599 5562.

At Rodina, we take great pride in producing quality smoked salmon and chicken products for the retail and hospitality markets.

We also make fresh on the premises, value added chicken products, using free range and hormone free chickens, ready for easy cooking, as most products only require 30 minutes in your oven @ 180 degrees.
 
Some of our lines include Garlic Chicken Kiev made with our own garlic butter blend; Chicken, Ham & Cheese using our own smoked ham and delicious King Island Cheddar;
Breast or thigh skinless schnitzels, Marinated 1/4 chickens; Chicken Royales, which are available in mouthwatering varieties-: Moroccan, Teriyaki or Mexican - these are soaked chicken breasts filled with sumptious local products.
 
We have a huge variety of Chicken, Pork and Lamb sausages, all hormone free meats, and all sausages are gluten and msg free.
